Overview

The number of data services a typical council has to manage has exploded in size and complexity in recent years. New data policies have to be adhered to (e.g. GDPR) and often the demands from this data have risen against a background of declining management budgets. These issues produce several data challenges.
Navigating the best route through an appropriate data strategy isn’t always easy, especially when you have to balance it with typical day-to-day operations. Intergence has recently worked with Granicus (a digital solution firm that specialises in governments) to deliver a highly successful data transformation project for Tendring District Council, on a low budget and during a global pandemic.
In addition, Intergence worked with Five9 to provide TDC with a Cloud-based Contact Centre, this would allow continuation of operations working from home throughout the pandemic with no impact on the service they offered. This also provides a new rich data source for frontline communications between the council and their residents.
This was assisted both by Intergence’s expertise within data-transformation and IT infrastructure but also via the use of our propriety data visualisation tool, Stratiam®, that allowed Tendring to communicate and visualise insights in their internal council portal.
This webinar will discuss how this project was organised and delivered, and will also showcase some of the resulting output. There will also be an open conversation at the end of the webinar where you can ask any questions you may have and raise any similar challenges that you might be facing to either Tendring District Council, Granicus or Intergence.

In the meantime, some further background and more info on the success of TDC’s transformation project can be found here
