Initial Consultation and Agree Priorities
We will work with you to define and agree priorities based on our view of what good looks like and the work you've done to date. - Establish Proportionate Governance for Cybersecurity
We will identify the stakeholders and establish the cadence for governance meetings to direct and support security activities. ASH's consultants will drive the agenda and business of the meetings to ensure progress is being made, and will also chair as required.

Ongoing Delivery and Oversight
ASH's consultants will deliver agreed work packages on a monthly basis, working collaboratively with your teams to ensure the outputs are turned into working practices straight-away. -
Monthly Reporting
ASH will produce monthly reports for stakeholders on the progress of the programme, your security posture, and any key threats and issues requiring action.
