Working at
Intergence

At Intergence we centre everything around people because we believe if you give people the right to technology, processes, and systems – then they can soar.

We are a Digital and IT change consultancy, who solve complex Digital and IT infrastructure challenges end-to-end through consultancy, technology, and managed services. Intergence got its name by joining two simple words we are passionate about. ‘Internet’ and ‘Intelligence’. Combining these words today is just as relevant as it was when we founded in 2003.

“Working for Intergence has enabled me to learn more about corporate IT, allowing me to get stuck in with major projects where I have been encouraged to learn and work towards gaining additional qualifications so I can progress in my career. I’ve had the opportunities to travel to different countries and meet people from different cultures all while being part of a team that functions like a family. The company’s response to Covid-19 was fantastic, immediately allowing us to work from home and giving us the option to return to the office only when we feel safe and comfortable to do so.”

Intergence Academy
and Internships

Following the success of the intake of two student Marketing Interns in 2020, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated Intern to join our growing Marketing department. If you’re an ambitious individual who wants to build a career in social media and content marketing, then we would love for you to become involved in our team.

Your work will include preparing promotional content for Webinars and Presentations, monitoring social platforms, and conducting market analysis. Our current interns are heavily involved in the planning and organisation of Social media projects and processes, and with support from both Senior leadership as well as the Marketing team itself, are thoroughly trained as marketeers.

Please contact us at knightingale@intergence.com for more details.

Working for a smaller company such as Intergence has many benefits. In my first few months it has meant that I have been given a lot of responsibility such as running the social channels, writing external emails, presenting data in a meeting with one of our partners and hosting the webinar software for one of our marketing campaigns. This responsibility is brilliant as not only does it give you the experience of being in meetings with highly experienced management and watching how they operate, it also makes you feel like you are really contributing to the company instead of just doing the jobs no one else wants to do.

I have really enjoyed my first couple of months at Intergence and everyone at Intergence is really friendly no matter what their position in the company

Intergence strongly believes in equal opportunities for all of our staff.

We embrace and believe in diversity as a core part of our business and we always encourage all of our people in attaining their goals. We are passionate about providing the right conditions and care packages to support our staff both inside and outside of the work environment. After all we spend most our time at work, so it needs to be a fun and enjoyable environment.
